Individual Adult Therapy
Individual therapy is a space dedicated entirely to you—your experiences, your pace, and your goals. In this work, you are met with genuine understanding, respect, and a belief in your capacity for growth and change. Together, we explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, while also honoring your strengths and inner resilience. Rather than directing or fixing, therapy becomes a collaborative process where you are supported in gaining clarity, deepening self-awareness, and moving toward a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and authentically yours.

Adolescent Therapy
Sessions with preteens and teens will look different for every person that walks through the door. Because of this, adaptions are made to fit the needs of each teen. Sessions will be a mixture of expressive arts or guided activities and a space for the teen to talk and process through current and past emotions. Coping skills, emotional regulation skills, and communication skills will be weaved into conversations and activities in order to provide space for teens to talk but also learn skills along the way.

Play Therapy
Play is the way children communicate. Children often don't have to words to relay to adults what they are thinking and feeling, so they use toys to communicate. While playing, children begin to process and understand their emotions and their triggers. The therapist is there to help identify the emotions, work through and process their emotions, and provide coping skills in the moment to help them regulate. Other key concepts learned in play therapy are independence, increased sense of self-worth, boundaries/limits, and choices and consequences. Play therapy is a collaborative approach, so parental involvement is important to the process.
